About me
Who I Am
Lindsay is the founder of Her Way Forward and former CEO of one of the largest real estate brokerages in the Charlotte metro area - a company with approximately 500 agents and $1.5 billion in sales volume.
As a former military spouse, she rebuilt her career multiple times. She built a real estate business from scratch, then in 2023 partnered with another mom leaving teaching to form a team before stepping into CEO leadership. Time and again, she created the community she craved because it didn't exist.
Now she helps women at crossroads figure out what's next and actually do it - with clarity, community, and plans that fit their real life.
